Male 56 just got back result for my lft hepatomegaly with grade ii fatty changes. what does this mean? how do i reverse this? all other organs are normal on the usg report. lft blood report is normal as well. any medication to reduce this ? thanks?

You need to lose weight to reverse the fatty change in liver. You should do that by reducing your intake of food and increasing physical activity, i.e. exercise.

The changes in the liver reflect metabolic disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, among others and if applicable and only improving control over coexisting problem will stop further progression of liver changes.
