Foot pain: Your symptoms are characteristic of plantar fasciitis, an inflammatory disorder of the connective tissue at the bottom of the foot. You could try taking a course of anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve for a week or so, but most cases are stubborn and go on for months. I recommend that you consult a podiatrist and receive the best advice and treatment of this troublesome disorder.
