I suspect fibromyalgia. Consult a rheumatologist for evaluation and treatment advice. Any appropriate testing will be done.

It's good that you are asking for help. My experience tells me that your weight is probably causing you to not sleep well, which can cause muscle pain and also contributes to stress on the back and legs. You should see a doctor in person, my answer may be specific for you since I am not evaluating you

What you describe suggests a neurologic pain and fibromyalgia is a likely possibility. You should consult a rheumatologist. However, losing weight is imperative, not easy, but essential. You may join a support group like Weight Watchers. Wish you good health!
