Need examination: There can be different types of feet problems. The sticking of the toes suggests possible tendon locking. Toe pain can be related to the joints, tendons, bursas, nerve compression. Is there swelling? Have the toes been pulled in different directions? Have you had x-rays? Do you have medical problems that can also cause joint problems. We need different data to help you.
