Well you might: start with classic PHYSICAL THERAPY by a licensed therapist. This along with visit to a PHYSIATRIST may be helpful! YOGA as very helpful as an ADJUNCT to not a REPLACEMENT for standard medical treatment. My Opinion Only Hope it is helpful Dr Z
