A member asked:

Dear sir, i have the gilbert's . billirubin problem at 28 years age. how can i reduce it? now it is 3.2 . my weight is 48 kgs and 5ft 6inch hight.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't treat it: Some time ago, there was a fad to give Phenobarbital to lower the bilirubin levels in gilbert's folks, turning healthy, asymptomatic people into people who were chronically tired and impaired. This folly is one of my favorite examples of, "treat the person, not the numbers." sounds like you're compact and lean -- this is a good thing.
