Don't treat it: Some time ago, there was a fad to give Phenobarbital to lower the bilirubin levels in gilbert's folks, turning healthy, asymptomatic people into people who were chronically tired and impaired. This folly is one of my favorite examples of, "treat the person, not the numbers." sounds like you're compact and lean -- this is a good thing.
