I am always tired with a constant headache with stabbing pains in my head, also if i look up i go dizzy?

Both life history & emotional states triggered by current issues (deja vue) play a big role. Usual tx is pain &/or vasoconstrictor meds, often a trap & promotes additional bigger problems. Better tx is very possible, though hard to find in the body-mechanic medical system.
