Migraine Most Common: Migraine, meaning vascular (we let the arteries in the meningeal membranes around the brain dilate) creating a painful pulse. Both life history & emotional states triggered by current issues (deja vue) play a big role. Usual tx is pain &/or vasoconstrictor meds, often a trap & promotes additional bigger problems. Better tx is very possible, though hard to find in the body-mechanic medical system.
