Swelling on the lower back of the head, severe headaches n dizziness not due to head injury?

Needs evaluation: Unexplained severe headaches can be a sign of something dangerous happening and need evaluation in clinic or er; a complete history of the issue and a physical examination and tests if indicated are needed. Tightness of neck muscles can cause headaches, but i would not expect dizziness.
