Hard to interpret: Babies have a number of rashes during life & most require visual inspection to interpret. A red rash could be from drool, or a condition called peri-oral dermatitis which responds to prescription. If it doesn't bother the kid much just monitor it until you go in for another reason so the doc can assess/treat it.
