Migraines: Glad you saw your doc so you know what is happening. Consider biofeedback and/or clinical hypnosis w/self-hypnosis training (www.asch.net). Specially trained clinical psychologists work w/modalities such as these. Consider food elimination diet. See nutritionist or speak w/doc about that. Peace and good health.

Natural: Decrease caffeine,get plenty of sleep,stop aspartame -artificial sweetner,drink plenty of water,can add 3 mg melatonin at night and also 400 mg of riboflavin a day have been shown to help.If smoke stop.

Prophylaxis: You may try taking an NSAID prior to exercise to see if this helps. If not , other drugs can also be prescribed for you. Perhaps reducing the intensity or duration of your exercise may help- you can always exercise more often. If you exercise daily, your doctor may prescribe a drug for prophylaxis against migraines.
