Neck pain/migraine past 2 yrs. "whiplash synd." went to neuro. tried rhizotomy, cortisone, pt, chiro/massage. still suffering. any idea on next steps?

Post-traumatic HA: Patients with a previous history of a primary headache (e.g. Migraine) disorder have a probability of developing a post-traumatic headache.Trauma may involve the cervical spine, especially in an acceleration-deceleration (whiplash) injury.
