Is it possible to have a slipping rib in the back? constant pain in back that radiates to abdomen (or vice versa) for a year. abdominal ct normal.

Slipping rib: It can cause pain in lower chest or upper half of abdomen. On exam, it can be reproduced as well ( generally). Having a normal abdominal CT is reassuring. For majority of patients, such pain resolves sooner or later. Good luck.
