Bloating: Could be due to heartburn, reflux, hiatal hernia, or intolerance to a certain type of food. Begin with writing a food journal and chart your symptoms with intake of food. If you don’t see a correlation then try over the counter heartburn medicine such as medium once daily for a month to see if better. If not, then see your doctor!

Drink more water: It may sound counterintuitive but alot of time bloating is causes by not drinking enough water,your body the releases hormones that agrevates the bloated feeling.Also eating too much carbohydrates causes the bloated feeling alot.Theerfore,decrease the cards and increase the water in addition to what the other physician has already mentained.
