Get it evaluated: I recommend getting this rash evaluated by a dermatologist. It could be a variety of skin eruptions including a long-standing reaction to a medicine, an inflammatory disorder (such as an autoimmune disorder, a lichenoid dermatitis, among many others), or a cutaneous malignant disorder (like a cutaneous lymphoma). Depending on what it looks like, you may need a biopsy to further characterize it.
