Feel lightheaded at times and i grab something as afraid of passing out. gp says blood tests ok, heart rhythm normal and shes at a loss. any ideas?

Need further workup: At 70 need further history.When is the dizzyness occuring ane how long last.In the history look at meds,fluid status-orthostasis,arrhythmia may need echo and or holter,blood sugar at the time of the incidence,states labs look ok-what are the labs-needs cbc,chem 14,tsh,ua.any vertigo.may need Ct head or MRI.may be small vesselwhite matter disease ans difficul to treat.Get second opinion.cards/neuro
