See a doctor: Exercising 30 minutes a day,losing weight,DASH diet,at least 7 hours of sleep a night all help but see a physician to get evaluated

Lower blood pressure: Best way is to see your doctor and be evaluated and treated. Dash diet, exercise and meditation are useful adjuncts to the treatment of hypertension. In some few patients they may be adequate without drugs.
