Blood pressure: Like most of these 'health foods' its cracked up to have lots of unproven benefits. There is no scientific proof it will help anything other than the person selling it.

Exercise, diet, calm: First thorough checkup to make sure BP is not in danger range requiring meds, that exercise is safe and that there is not an easily treatable cause. Then regular cardio workouts 3 times a week, diet to lose excess weight and avoid masses of salt, calming practices such as meditation and yoga may be very helpful as well. If BP well over 140/90, meds are likely to be required even so.

Not advised: Rapid reduction of BP is very dangerous. If you have high blood pressure, lower it gradually and safely over weeks to months.

Htn: Avoid salt. 2liter of water a day. Steching, strength exercise routine. Medications prescribed by your doctor, and blood evaluation to rule out other medical conditions. Get an ekg every year.
