Start with: conservative therapy: Advil ( ibuprofen) 2-3 tab every 6 hrs or Aleve ( naproxyn sodium),1-2 tab 2-3 times daily: you can interchange Tylenol Extra Strength.-500mg and alternate with one of the other two.
