Regularly: Start with brisk walking or any low impact cardio exercise (elliptical, cycle, etc...) start with an amount that is relatively easy and repeat daily. Add few minutes once a week. Work up to 45-60 mins. Track calories & exercise. Decrease total calories you consume and increase exercise to lose weight. Good app for tracking diet and exercise is "my fitness pal".
