Flu, 4 days. dr declined any treatment; no antivirals. i'm prone to bronchitis, & had pneumonia 4 months ago. shouldn't i take antivirals to prevent?

Does not work: Oseltamivir Or Tamiflu (as well as the other antivirals )the antiviral for treating Influenza A/B has only been effective if started in the first 48 hours of the first onset of symptoms.So if started 4 days after symptoms started will be of no benefit.
