Ovarian cyst ?: Prolapsed bladder will not cause a distended abdomen. An ovarian cyst large enough to distend your abdomen should be evaluated for removal or biopsy. "Black stools" may indicate bleeding in the intestine, so see your gyn provider to settle these issues, immediately.
