Where do goose bumbs come from?

Chill Spill Factor: We all have tiny hairs on our skin. When we're cold or feeling something strongly, the little muscles around the base of the hairs pull, bunch up the skin & form "goosebumps." the strong feelings can be fear, an intense memory, listening to moving music, anything that makes your passion/feelings spill.

Goose bumps: Goose bumps are created when tiny muscles at the base of each hair, known as arrectores pilorum, contract and pull the hair erect. The reflex is started by the sympathetic nervous system, which is in general responsible for many fight-or-flight responses. They occur when a person is cold or experiences strong emotions.
