Possible cyst: Based on this it seems like it could be a sebaceous cyst which is a benign lesion caused by accumulation of sebum. It usually grows larger and may need excision. Other possibilities are infected hair follicle, boil, among others. If it hurts, gets red, continues having discharge, grows larger have your pcp or dermatologist take a look at it.
