Yes: Sometimes there may be temporany or mild carpal tunnel syndrome due to swelling that resolves.could also come from the ulna nerve also or a sprained wrist.Interesting a few years ago had symptoms ofCTS That EMg that confirmed.Had viral illness at the time.That resolved had repeat EMG after and CTS on EMG disappeared
