A member asked:

I have had persistent razor bumps on the back of scalp that refuse to clear. is there something a doctor can recommend that i use to clear them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

YES: however reqirs direct observation and bacterial infection. This can be a double infection like tinea barbae- fungal "bumps", usually on face, scalp or neck areas. Must be observed and should be cultured. Your doctor can prrscribe pills or a cream that contains both antifungal cream and hydrocortisone.
