Hard to comment: Rashes are best evaluated with a direct exam where it can be visualized & its true character/distribution/features be appreciated. A tick may or may not ever be found in a patient who develops the disease & treatment needs to be started long befor relevant blood tests would be reliably positive. I would have it evaluated.
