A member asked:

Ok i am 34 years old and i have never had a period that only lasted me one day, what is going on with me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"One day period": Bleeding for "one day" only, when your periods have been regular and 5-7 days in length may indicate delay of ovulation, which can be secondary to emotional stress, heavy exercise, and will delay the onset of your period. If pregnancy is possible, wait a week and get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
