Get checked: There are many causes for this. Stress, excessive exercise, weight loss, pregnancy, a thyroid problem along with other diseases involving hormones. It is a good idea for you to see your doctor to be checked. You can be evaluated with a good discussion with your doctor about what else is going on in your life and possibly other symptoms. You will likely need a pregnancy test and bloodwork.
