Therapy and pain: There is no timeline for when or how your pain will respond to therapy. The severity and duration of your symptoms in addition to other psychiatric issues can affect the time it takes to heal. It can take months or years. You may need support not just through therapy but also with addressing exercise, sleep habits, stress reduction and nutrition and vitamin support. Best wishes-
