OCD & Health: Start by making sure all is well medically by seeing your doctor. Meds may be helpful. Consider an OCD treatment called "Response Prevention" which some clinical psychologists specialize in. Alternatively, a therapist who works w/mood disorders can help. See. www.relaxationresponse.org for some self-help but use more than that. Peace and good health.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
