Hard question: Depends on the type of cancer and tons of other variables including ethnicity, exposures, family history, and others. My advise: eat healthy, exercise, avoid toxins (especially tobacco products), avoid high risk lifestyles, and get regular md exams with age appropriate screenings. If you have a strong family history of cancer, see a specialist in the field of cancer risk assessment. Best to you.
