Probally ok: I assume the left toes are warm but slightly cooler than right.If you have good pulses at 19,i would not be concerned.There can be a slight difference at times between the two sides.The color of the feet can vary due to blood flow.if you press on toes and there is a fairly rapid change in color such as redness from pale that is capillary reperfusion that is normal.you be fine.
