Lumps on abd: Unlikely to be lymph nodes as they are deeper, but may be lipomas, ( little fat tumors-benign) , fibromas, leiomyomas , or cysts or neurofibromas ( usually see them on the surface) or rarely tumors . Would follow up with dermatology and possible imaging.
