I had a painful bowel movement (bm) about 4 weeks ago. there is a bubble feeling lump which comes and goes depending on bm strain. no blood after bm and pain throughout day. what could this be?

General info: Lumps in the anal region after injury, eg. from large hard bowel mvt requiring straining or prolonged period of constipation, prolapsed internal hemorrhoids can occur.
