I had a painful bowel movement (bm) about 4 weeks ago. there is a bubble feeling lump which comes and goes depending on bm strain. no blood after bm and pain throughout day. what could this be?

Lumps in the anal region after injury, eg. from large hard bowel mvt requiring straining or prolonged period of constipation, prolapsed internal hemorrhoids can occur. External hemorrhoids also.Other problems can exist, however; I have seen prolapsed rectum and even rectal hematoma. Best get seen
