Cannot diagnose, but: Unfortunately, I cannot offer a personalized diagnosis on this forum; need examination. General info: Lumps in the anal region after injury, eg. from large hard bowel mvt requiring straining or prolonged period of constipation, prolapsed internal hemorrhoids can occur. External hemorrhoids also.Other problems can exist, however; I have seen prolapsed rectum and even rectal hematoma. Best get seen
