Discuss w primary: First of all find out the reason why having them.Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water.Also when you wipe after using the bathroom wipe front to back,as wiping back to front brings fecal to urethra.Can drink cranberry or take cranberry tablets to help prevent UTI as well as decreasing soft drinks.

Recurrent uti: Recurrent UTIs can be prevented by drinking more water. Also antibiotics after intercourse can help. Some people can benefit from a daily low dose antibiotic. Cranberry extract is also another source which can help. Also avoid hot tubs, jacuzzis
