Primary care: Having a doctor is helpful to answer questions that are specific to you. There are other mitigating and modifying factors that come into answering a question about a specific person - you. Would you drink at all if you worked on the top level building a skyscraper? Would you drink at all if you drove a school bus of kindergarteners? A bus full of college students?
