See below: It is possible that using alcohol with Propranolol could cause a drop in blood pressure , and increased sedation - so go slowly with the alcohol - if you experience dizziness, faintness etc. - when using alcohol, I would avoid it until after you speak with your doctor- You have not said why you are using propranolol - depending upon your condition, there may be other reasons not to drink alcohol
