Upper respiratory : Usually, most upper respiratory tract infections with a stuffy nose are viral and will not get better with a z pac. More information is needed. How long have you had this? This may be a sinus infection which also usually does not need antibiotics to get better. Usually, high dose guaifenesin 6001200mg and Flonase work very well. There some rare needs for antibiotic for a sinus infection.
