Nasal congestion: It is very common for infants to have nasal congestion, that makes them breathe noisily, especially at night. Assuming he stills feeds well and is normal otherwise, you can relieve the congestion with normal saline drops and a rubber bulb syringe aspirator. Also a humidifier may help, and raising the head of the bed. Of course see the pediatrician to rule out more serious conditions.
