I think i have a vaginal skin tag... but not sure... do skin tags always have stalks and do they get crusty? hoping its not genital warts.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Structures that look like skin tags are normally present at the vaginal opening. The tags may or may not have stalks but do not get crusty. Lesions that are crusting warrant exclusion of herpes.
