how do i tell the difference between a skin tag or genital wart in the vagina?

Genital Wart Vrs Tag: The difference between genital warts and a skin tag is very distinctive. Genital warts are the result of a sexually transmitted disease (std). A skin tag is the result of age, pregnancy, obesity and heredity. In addition, other factors (such as symptoms) make these two conditions different. See your doctor for help.

See your ob or derm: Without looking at the growths it is hard to tell, but it sounds like genital warts. Another possible diagnosis would be skin tags.
