Sleep question: Counseling people for insomnia helps to control the cercadium rythm and allow you to sleep. Medications may be necessary for insomnia if counseling does not help. Melatonin or other meds may be needed. A good way to start is no caffiene after 5:pm and no lights in room while you sleep. Use your bed only for sleeping. During the day get some sun to set your vitamin d levels, see a sleep doc.
