I would like to get options for female sterilisations?

Sterilization: Sterilization is most dependable via laparoscopic tubal ligation, and statistically (if you are certain about not having more pregnancies) is preventive of tubal cancer if both tubes are removed. If you are willing to try an IUD, the IUD (barring other problems like pain or bleeding) can be very effective birth control.

Agree with Dr. B: Tubal ligation, IUD and implanted birth control are reasonable options. Always practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
