No: You should not miss periods if you had a bilateral tubal ligation.

After sterilization: Tying your tubes may impact your menstrual cycles somewhat with less days of bleeding, lighter blood flow,less cramping but most of the time your cycles continue as before sterilization. Missing a period most likely wouldn't be because of sterilization.
