Very unlikely: This would require a recent use of these very tweezers on an HIV positive person who is not treating his illness, so he/she has a viral load and in whom the tweezers broke the skin leading to blood communication. Then the same tweezers would need to be used on you fairly quickly also breaking your skin (not just pulling out a lash) and transfering the virus. Very unlikely set of events.
