Maybe: Pinched nerves can resolve on their own at times and gentle stretches and over the counter anti inflammatory medications may help. Persistent pinched nerve pain should be evaluated by an appropriately trained provider, however, as it could represent a serious medical condition which could worsen without appropriate treatment.
