Good morning , i have been experiencing abdominal/pelvic pain more to my right side . constantly nauseous with an odd occasion of pain in my chest. should this be something that i should be worried about?

Pelvic pain: Lower right pelvic/abdominal pain with nausea may represent pregnancy or appendicitis. See your regular physician for testing , especially if pregnancy is possible. Your physician may obtain a CT or MRI if appendicitis is suspected.
