Dark Bump: Not particularly a medical term, but without visualization a good guesstimate is a mucocele. To be sure, consult with an oral surgeon since your dentist and dermatologist did not notice it.

Dark bump: Can't diagnose from your description. Did you point it out to either of the practitioners that you saw? Obviously it did not raise any alarms with them, but to be sure either review, or see an Oral Surgeon, for an in depth evaluation.
