Uvula: Uvula is the tag of tissue that hangs down off of the back of your soft palate. Bumps may be related to your cold. If they don't clear as cold abates, you must see an ENT specialist or an oral surgeon. Biopsy may be in order.

Cold: Your cold will run its course and you should feel better in a few days. Make sure you are drinking enough liquids and stay hydrated, use otc cold remedies. If the spots on your uvula don't go away once your cold does then follow up with your dentist or see an oral surgeon or ent.

Cold symptoms: Most colds caused by a virus run their course and are gone within a few days. Rest, fluids, good nutrition and the usual otc cold remedies are all that is usually necessary. Some patients gargle with salt water for relief. See your physician for any more intense symptoms, and if you are concerned about the bumps have your pcp or ENT specialist take a look and\or follow up in a week or two.

Uvula, not Lula: You probably have a cold. The "bumps" should go away as the cold does. If they do not you should check with an ent.
