Common: At 4 about 5-10% of kids have not mastered potty training.Having the equipment available,doing periodic rehearsals of the sequence of events needed for the process helps.Letting the kid decide on the time to go is crucial to late bloomers.Parent directed visits to the potty can slow down their willingness to take responsibility for going. If not helping find a pediatric GI doc for help.
